The AMU have advised they have been assessed at ‘Gold’ level by the Team at Investors In People (IIP) for the third time.
Congratulations go to the AMU for this achievement. The recognition is particularly significant as the assessment came against a backdrop of Systems Changes in the AMUs Doxford customer contact centre, an ongoing Management Review across the entire Royal Mail (including AMU) business and COVID-19 changes to processes, including increased home-working arrangements.
